The new DBI3U has improved features:

Integrated Antenna GPS and BT unit.

Improved battery time, 26 hrs

Rotary switch on the back side and USB C connector

Charging lamp in all modes

Preflight planner, dew point calculator RH and ambient temp.

Just as before it also comes with:

altimeter, variometer, and temperature indicating displays, as well as a flight timer, audio alarms, and an integral GPS showing ground track and speed. On-board flash memory capable of storing up to 10,000 hours of recoverable flight data. If you need more we can arrange that.

The DBI series are, to our knowledge, the only balloon instruments in the world that has FAA and EASA approval.
